INSTALLATION

Installation -the existing connection between  the dispersion point and the terminal equipment of the final user. It consists of two segments: the external installation, which involves the leader or house connection, and the internal installation or internal wiring, which is inside the client’s residence.  They can be either concealed or visible.

Types of installations:

• ADSL Basic telephony network consisting of pairs of copper wire
• HFC Hybrid fiber optic and coaxial cable
• FTTH Fiber optic cable directly to the house
• DTH Satellite transmission of video directly to  the house
